First and foremost, I am a passion person.

I love marketing and PR. Since my freshman year of college, I have consistently sought internships and opportunities to grow in the fields I am passionate about. Here’s a taste of what each experience taught me.

  • I worked with this government relations firm to build out 4 different social media campaigns on global issues I care about, created strong ethics-based brand messaging, and learned about the power of hard work.

  • At 860 I was able to begin creating media lists, event planning, and design work. I learned about strong organization skills and interpersonal communication.

  • My work at BECU showed me the importance of attention to detail, proper AP style, and flexibility. I worked full time and love writing pitches, press releases, and getting to know the many reporters in my area.

  • The Washington Media Scholar Foundation taught me hat I love working with data and excel, but most importantly, it taught me that I can do anything I set out to do.

  • I have served on my university PRSSA board since my freshman year. I have been the director of membership, social media, and vice president, and now I am the president. My time in the organization taught me the importance of loyalty and community.
